We begin with a big backhanded thanks to Crowdstrike and Microsoft for the worst IT failure in history, July 19, 2024, which demonstrated to the world the disastrous consequences of our monopolized internet, with a “defective software update” knocking out airlines, hospitals, 911 call centers, banks and credit cards worldwide.
It also served to remind people of The WebAccountability Project and the salience of our mission: to remind the world how close we came to world-ending catastrophe on February, 22, 2018.
This week saw our largest spike in donations since our Supreme Court victory, and with Mark Zuckerberg and Kazuyoshi Okada moved to pledge matching funds, we have at last reached our goal: the online publication of the texts and media of BlackberryDevice #98576 in a thoroughly referenced, enhanced edition available to all, across all devices.
Forever thanks to Elon, Mark, Kaz and You, for preserving and forwarding the lessons of February 2, 2018. And thanks always to Joe Rogan, Glenn Greenwald, and Matt Taibbi for valiantly keeping the truths revealed herein from completely vanishing into the mainstream media memory hole during these all-too-many years.
Gratefully,WebAccountabilityProject.org
