If you encounter technical issues reading DevilsGame, we are here to help. If you are having trouble after unlocking the whole story, please attempt the following steps in order.

Step 1: "Hard" Refresh on desktop web browsers

While holding the Shift key on your keyboard, click the "Refresh" button on your web browser.

Step 2: Request Desktop Site from mobile devices

If you're using a mobile device, use the "Request Desktop Site" to fetch the website completely from scratch.

iOS Safari: Look in the upper-left of the address bar that looks like two letter A's: AA. Tap the button and find the option that says "Request Desktop Website" — there will be no change to the website on your phone, but it will download everything fresh.

Android Chrome: Use the three-dot menu to select "Request desktop site" — same as iOS, nothing will change except it will download everything fresh.

Step 3: Remove local files on desktop web browsers

Chrome: Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar near the URL. Once the menu opens, click "Cookies" and then click the "Remove" button. Once you refresh, you can proceed to the Login page and get a fresh login link delivered to your inbox.

Firefox: Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar near the URL. Once the menu opens, click "Clear cookies and site data." Once you refresh, you can proceed to the Login page and get a fresh login link delivered to your inbox.

Safari: Press Command and E together ⌘+E. Once you refresh, you can proceed to the Login page and get a fresh login link delivered to your inbox.

Step 4: Contact support
